The company has turned to youth to avoid being shut down. Mcdonald is currently announcing that it is in need of workers and employing 14 years old in an attempt to battle a nationwide employment catastrophe. Now Mcdonald’s is raising their minimum wage to $15 an hour but that didn’t bring as many aspirants they want. The company is avoiding the risk of shutting down over employment issues.

Aside from Mcdonald other restaurants in America are also in need of workers. Kids between 14-15 years old are allowed to work in the U.S for some hours.
