How to Use the Best Quality Olive Oil and Lemon Juice
This recipe will use two of my favorite health ingredients. Olive Oil: It is good for our heart and helps reduce bad cholesterol, among other amazing health benefits. Ingredients 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano salt and pepper to taste Instructions Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or shake well with ice. Enjoy! Tips *You can add more olive oil if you want it creamier.
